Carnival

Our largest event of the year, and a chance for us all to come together! Hosted outside, with plenty of food, and tons of games, activities, and experiences for the kids. 

Service Night

Friday, November 15, 2024
Service Night is our chance to give back to the community. Participate in over 12 hands-on, age-appropriate service projects that benefit local organizations and our community. 

In School Bingo

Friday, December 20
​The last week before Winter Break, our students and staff take a break from learning to partake in a school-wide bingo event in the classroom. Small prizes are handed out to winners!

Fundraising Efforts

The Meadowbrook PTO hosts a variety of fundraising efforts throughout the year. PTO fundraising plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience for students, supporting school programs and building a strong sense of school community. 

Book Swap

February 2025
Donated books are collected from Meadowbrook families, friends, and the community. Volunteers sort the books at Meadowbrook, and every student is able to choose and take home 2-3 books at no cost to them. 

Indoor Movie Night

Friday, February 7, 2025
Beat the winter blues and join us for a free movie. Bring your family, snacks, and blankets or chairs, and join us in the Meadowbrook gym for a family movie night. 

Restaurant Nights

Once a month, the PTO partners with a local restaurant. On that specific day, the restaurant will share a portion of their proceeds with Meadowbrook. 

Run Meadowbrook Run

Saturday, May 17, 2025
Run Meadowbrook Run hosts a 5K race and one-mile fun run. This fun community event includes refreshments, and awards for the top student finishers. 

Plant Sale

May 2025
Get your gardens ready for the summer! Volunteers organize the sale of flowers, vegetables and plants in coordination with a local green house. Orders are placed online, and picked up at Meadowbrook on May 10th. ​
